By registering, signing in, installing monitoring software, or using FXMonit websites/apps, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy policy, and Disclaimer.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

FXMonit is a cloud monitoring platform for MetaTrader 4/5 accounts: it collects and displays data from your MT terminal via monitoring software, providing dashboards, alerts, history, and optional share links — not brokerage, fund management, or investment advice.

We may add, change, or discontinue features; we will provide notice on the website or in-app for material changes.

You must be at least 18 and have the right to use the MT accounts you connect. You are responsible for complying with broker rules and third-party agreements.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep portal credentials secure. Activity under your account is deemed yours unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

You are responsible for securing VPS/MT environments, agent API keys, and devices where monitoring software runs.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run FXMonit monitoring software on your MT terminals solely to use the Service.

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, sell, lease, or use the software outside the Service except with our written permission.

You must not: abuse the Service; submit knowingly false data; attack, probe, or overload systems; access others' accounts without permission; use the Service for unauthorized or abusive purposes; or infringe intellectual property.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or security risk.

All metrics, charts, and alerts are for informational monitoring only. See our Disclaimer. You are solely responsible for trading and investment decisions.

Some plans charge per monitored account or other limits as described on the Pricing page. Prices and quotas may change with reasonable notice.

When online billing is enabled, fees are charged per selected billing cycle; fees paid are non-refundable for the period already used.

Non-payment or quota overages may result in feature limits, sync suspension, or account termination.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, delay-free, or error-free operation; data depends on MT terminals, networks, and brokers.

Planned or emergency maintenance may cause short outages. We will use reasonable efforts to restore service.

You retain ownership of synced trading data. You grant us a license to process it only to operate the Service per our Privacy policy.

You are responsible for content exposed via public share links and for being transparent with viewers when sharing trading results.

FXMonit, logos, UI, code, and related materials are owned by us or licensors. These Terms do not transfer any IP rights except the limited license to use the Service.

Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation to compensate you.

You may stop using the Service anytime by removing monitoring software and requesting account closure via support.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, non-payment, or operational reasons. After termination, access ends; certain sections (liability, IP) survive.

The Service and software are provided without warranties of any kind, including implied fitness, non-infringement, or accuracy of broker/MT data.

We are not liable for indirect, special, consequential, lost profits, data loss, or trading losses arising from your use or inability to use the Service — even if advised of the possibility.

We may amend these Terms; updated versions take effect when posted on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be notified by email or in-app.
