FXMonit follows least privilege — software is read-only; it never places or closes orders, including from the portal. Marketing site and app are fully separate.
View only, no trading
MT software collects account info and open trades — FXMonit never places or closes orders.
Personal connection code
Each user creates a code in the portal. Rotate immediately if compromised.
Encrypted transport
Data over HTTPS. Allow only official FXMonit domains in MetaTrader.
Clear permissions
Owner, member, admin roles. Share links are view-only and revocable.
Secure share links
Long random URLs. Expire or revoke anytime. No MT credentials exposed.
Cloud storage
Data stored securely for dashboard and history. Retention policy applies on deletion.

Software reads balance and open trades — no password sent
MT passwords are never sent to FXMonit — only balance, open trades, and account info.
Operational recommendations
- ✓Don't share connection codes — one code per person/VPS
- ✓Rotate codes periodically or when staff changes
- ✓Use master password on MT (not Investor) for full data
- ✓Revoke share links when no longer needed
- ✓Allow only official URL: app.fxmonit.com
